Class: Gymnastics
Time: 7.55-8.40am
Within our class children will work on floor, bench and vault. We also follow the British gymnastics association proficiency awards to improve and asses skills. The class is great way to start the school day, improve flexibility, gain strength, grow in confidence and perfect technique. Years 1-6 are welcome, beginners to intermediate.
Wear: Comfortable sports clothing, leotards and short/leggings can be worn or PE kits will be fine. The class is bare foot.
We aim to welcome everyone in from 7.55am so we can start the class promptly at 8am. We will then finish to give children enough time to get ready for school and head to class.
