Our Gymnastics class is a great way for children to grow in confidence as they learn new skills, improve their gymnastics ability and make new friends.
Within the club children will work on Floor, Beam and Vault, we also look at British Gymnastics Association proficiency awards all designed to improve their flexibility, balance, coordination and general gymnastic ability.
We always invite parents into the last class of the term to show you what they have been working on.
Our club does not have a set uniform but a lot of the group wear a leotard and leggings/shorts, their PE kit or anything they feel comfortable in and can move in. This club is barefoot
A small snack can be packed for them to have before we start class. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
